Pukekohe Park
Pukekohe Park is New Zealand's most unique racing establishment, home to premier horse racing, motorsport, cycling and Franklin’s best Function & Events Centre. The Thoroughbred Training Centre features a 15 metre-wide all-weather track with a dual lamp lighting system, three grass tracks, a plough, cinders and trotting ring. The stabling area caters for over 200 horses with tie-ups, weighing scales and a sand roll available for use. The Park is also home to a first-class motorsport circuit that is home to the V8 Supercars, D1NZ Drifting and the regular Open Testing Days. Course Info
Open/closeThe Course Proper at Pukekohe Park is 1918 metres long with a front straight of 447 metres, the second longest in New Zealand. The track was recently reconstructed with new drainage and irrigation systems installed, creating a premium racing surface. The track is also complemented with one of the new Mawsafe Plastic Running Rails enhancing horse and rider safety.
