24th Jan: Te Akau Shark to miss Autumn

Te Akau racing has tweeted tonight that Group 2 winning galloper Te Akau Shark will likely miss the Autumn due to a small set back.  

The Doncaster Mile was on the Sharks radar this Autumn but will not likely content with no further details released.

Races that were considered were the Queen Elizabeth and the new $5 Million All Star Mile.

At this stage he is expected to be back racing in the Spring.
