    Professional Biography

    At just 23 years of age, Danielle Johnson has established herself as one of the top jockeys riding in New Zealand – in fact, as of December 2014, she is leading the Jockeys Premiership with 60 winners and over $1m in winning stake money for the current season.
    The 2013/2014 season was a breakthrough one which saw her more than double her number of winners from the previous season (95 vs 44) and finishing 5
    th in the Jockeys Premiership.

    Career Winners
    Danielle has amassed over $7 million in winning stake money with a career total of 444 winners (as of December 2014). Those winners include 22 in Group and Listed Races, notably the Group 1 Rydges Captain Cook Stakes for the last two years (2013 and 2014) aboard one of her favourites Shuka.
